-Size, number of bedrooms,

-Storing capacity and closet space

-Size and number of bathrooms attached

-Sightlines from the home

-Floorplan

-Available appliances

-Switches, sockets that are in every room

-Plumbing and water services (this is often the main point that one should check)

-Noise levels

-Parking capacity

-Widths and different types of stairways.

-Check for the neighbors

-Check all the exterior and interior parts of a home.

-View areas that need remodeling.

Often people should use some of their five senses to investigate whether the home is perfect for them or not. One might be surprised at this suggestion but here is what to watch for in this situation.

Taste

If you’re comfortable with it, carry a bottle with you touring the home and drink a little water from the sink. This can be a good way to gauge the drinkability of the tap water.

Sight

Sight can be used when touring a home. One should look under the sink for any mold, mildew, or leakage. Check for the ceiling and for cracks in the foundation. Go through all the closets as well, which may help you learn more about the house you are touring.
